I have a sonic-wall firewall . There are a lot of access roles such as rdp and http being forwarded to internal servers . I need to shot down all of them for now . What is the easiest way . I just need outgoing traffic to work for now and vpn to work .
you need to create a policy on your fire wall to deny the specific services
Login to the SonicWall Management Interface
- Navigate to the Policies | Access Rules page.
- Select the WAN to LAN button to enter the Access Rules (WAN > LAN) page then Click on the marked arrow to open the Add Rule window.as shown in figure 1
- Select Deny as the Action.
- Select Any as the Service
- Select Source as the address objects created earlier.
- Select Any as the Destination
- Click Add and Close.
