No, revert to snapshot will take your hard disk (and all data stored on it) to the time when you created the snapshot, so any data stored after you created the snapshot will be deleted.

windows restore points will not delete your personal data, it will only restore the computer settings.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
