EE Bug - new question Submit button wouldn't work in FireFox, but ok in Chrome.
I just tried asking a new question on EE in Firefox, and the Submit button wouldn't work. I then tried the preview button, and that worked, but on the preview page the submit button wouldn't work there either. I tried Chrome, and that worked fine.
The Console in the dev tools show some messages that may help diagnose the issue.

Maybe this can be closed, but it may mean others have the same issue, so may need to be told to do a ctrl-F5 or ctrl-refresh
