"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Those errors would indicate that the client has the wrong wireless key stored in memory. If you can locate the client you can resolve the issue by just updating the stored wireless information.

Are there have been changes on your wlc, firmware, settings etc.
i had this in the past when one of our engineers enabled multicast on one of the controllers, and a couple of lenovo wireless users where kicked out. after a firmware update on the controller and driver updates on the clients resolved the problem.
