Office 365 Security and Compliance

I am using Office 365 security and compliance. I would like to know if there are tools to help me get more insight into the exports I am doing, for example:
- Status of Export Requests: Are they hanging, progressing. Some of the requests seem to not be moving percentage wise
- Details on limitations, eg: concurrent, size, etc.
- Automated ways to create requests without using the web front end (eg cmdlets)

Regards, George

Also it says I have 10 exports and wont let me make 11 though I only have 8 running. Is there a way to check this.

These commands also are for on-prem and not cloud.
You want a content search report which will also include info on the status of the search

George, the limit is 10 exports at a time per the TENANT, not just your user. You can refer to this article for more details and recommendations: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/export-search-results#export-limits

To answer your other questions, there is no automated way to export them, at least not any supported one. You can try the method described here though: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/Office-365/Export-to-PST-via-Powershell/td-p/95007

Status is only visible via the tool.
