Automatic start up Services don't start even after a reboot

Several of my Windows 10 Desktop PC's are having problem with several services just not starting automatically even though they are set to do so.
The ones specifically that are causing the most issues are the print spooler and audio.
I have searched the Web but cannot find any solution besides the basic checks like update driver, ensure service set to automatic..etc

This started around 2 weeks ago and if I start the services manually all works perfectly until they stop again.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

From Admin command prompt (cmd.exe), Run:

SFC /SCANNOW and allow to complete.

Then DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /restorehealth

Restart and test
Also wrto the audio driver, update BIOS, Chipset and the Audio drivers

Ran SFC /SCANNOW as administrator and allow to complete but  no errors.

I have already updated the drivers as well.

There are other multiple services that don't start either not just hardware.
On one of these machines do a Windows 10 Repair Install. Try with the Keep Everything option. Use the Microsoft Media Creation Link to perform the Repair.

See if the Repair causes services to start properly.
I was  hoping there was a way around that before going to that extreme because it is time consuming.
I thought there might be a fix because I am pretty sure it was caused from a update.
Thanks
Windows 10 Repair is simple and not extreme at all

Option 1:
Check the  services you are having problems with (services.msc) and see if they are set to startup type: "Automatic", if they are set to manual change them to "Automatic", if they are already set to "Automatic" set them to "Automatic: Delayed Start", this will help with some services that can not run because another services is using some resource they are needing, delaying them will allow most other stuff to finish running/loading so they can start properly.

Option 2:
Try a system restore to a restore point 2 weeks ago when you didn't have the problem and see if it goes away, if it does then try to figure out what software, application, hardware device or update  was added after that date so you can determine which one is causing the problem, once you find it , return to your current restore point, if it was a service, set that one to delayed start instead of the ones in Option 1.

Option 3:
Temporary Disable Antivirus, VPN, Software updaters and any other startup service or application that might be interfering with the services you are having problems with, enable them one by one until you find the problematic one, if you don't need that one to be run at startup you can disable it.

Option 4: (Actually this should be the first one)
Run msconfig and see if you have selective startup selected in general tab, and what services are disabled, (services tab) sometimes windows itself disables some this during updates or diagnostics and never changes them back to normal.
From your RUN window (Windows key+R) : and type msconfig
Do not change anything else if you don't know what you are doing specially in the BOOT tab.
Also from your task manager go to the startup tab and see the status of your problematic apps/services and set them to Enabled if they are not.

you can repair the services, usually, they are affected by viruses, malware. Download the services repair tool by ESET https://www.wintips.org/wp-content/uploads/files/ServicesRepair.zip, extract, run as admin. it will repair current services, reset them to default values and reinstall any missing services.

To resolve my issue I turned off a few  non essential start up services and then it worked. I am sorry I don't actually know which one solved it I didn't want to mess with it and keep troubleshooting because it was working.
Thanks you all very much for your help.  Even though I didn't use all of your suggestions I know my options for other situations!
