Intune in azure admin bypass device configuration profiles. These devices are Azure AD registered not joined. The device configuration profiles are assigned to machine groups not users. When signing in with local admin is there a way to bypass the profile set. Example, I removed most icons/access from control panel. This works great for the local user, but when admin work is needed the icons are still missing for local admin.
