Like generally people advise to eat light food at night whats the logic behind that.
Also if one suppose takes very light food and include more greens at night will that cause nutrient deficiency ?
What if i start eating salad at night and that cause some problems in body is it possible to determine that ?
Or it causes some nutritional deficiency ?
