Need Website for Small Real Estate Company. Looking for developers that specialize in this.
A small real estate firm is looking to have a website that would display their property listings, blog, documents and other static information.
It needs to be mobile compatible as well.
They want to post the listings themselves.
Is there a company that produces these sites? Something that runs under WordPress?
Thanks.

I recommend looking for local web designers (who work with American developers who have experience with database driven sites) and ask them for quotes on your project.
Hi,
Joomla, WP have theme and component ready for this, this allow user to edit the data too.

https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/real+estate/
There are cheap option https://codecanyon.net/category/php-scripts?term=realestate
Or simply create your own PHP application or hire a dev to do it.
I would use Bootstrap for responsive template (mobile / smaller device)

I'd suggest using WordPress + using a separate host record for main site + listings + blog + documents, to allow completely different WordPress installs on each host + avoiding problems with caching/backups which occur with folder installs... So for example...
Don't use - myrealestatesite.com/blog
Do use blog.myrealestatesite.com
