Google Ad Sense Ads not appearing

Not sure why Google ads are not appearin on https://www.gopherstateevents.com/results/cc_rslts/cc_rslts.asp?meet_id=522&show_indiv=n&hide_team=n&hide_ind=n&sport=Nordic%20Ski

Actually, I think it may be because I have no html in the body but I can't see from Google's AdSense page what to place where.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Is there a delay before they show up?  I just added this code back in today after having removed it for some time.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

https://validator.w3.org/nu suggests HTML is seriously mangled on this page.

For example, having <div> tags inside buttons... No way to guess how this might render anywhere.

Suggestions.

1) HTML Syntax - Fix your HTML so you have 0 errors + 0 warnings out of the W3C validator (above link).

2) Mobirise - Upgrade to latest version.

3) HTTP/2 - Unrelated to your problem + likely best to upgrade from HTTP/1.1 to HTTP/2 if your site will ever receive significant traffic.

4) "I think it may be because I have no html in the body" - Unsure what you might mean by this. You have a <body> tag containing HTML, although your HTML is mangled (syntax errors).

5) Ad Units - I see no add unit containers on your site, so you must fix this (unless I missed how you're accomplishing presenting Ad Units).

6) SSL Config - Eventually your site will be reported to all visitors as suspicious. Use https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=gopherstateevents.com to debug + fix this. You're target is an A+ Overall Rating, rather than your current B Score.

Well, the only thing that surprises me is that I got a B,  :)  I appreciate your suggestions on how to analyze and check for issues.  Thank you.

You addressed my actual question in 5.  That is  what I can't find in my AdSense account...how to place the ad unit containers on the site.  I saw, and inserted, the code that goes in the <head></head> but could not find where to get the ad contents.  Any thoughts?

Inside of Adsense you have to create your ad units. It will then provide you with code to insert in your site:
adsense create ad unit
