I second slightwv's comment for kanboard.org. &nbsp;I use that for my own projects. &nbsp;It is very flexible as to how you use and view it and there are api's you can use to build your own automation. &nbsp;And it is free. &nbsp;You can create unlimited projects. Within each project you can designated who is allowed to view/edit. &nbsp;I also use it for billing because it allows you to add the amount of time and rate for each task.
