Convert from MS Access Query to SQL Server View

I need to convert this from an MS Access Query to a SQL Server view. How would I write this in SQL to get the format in hours & Minutes?

[PRTTotalMins]\60 & Format([PRTTotalMins] Mod 60,"\:00") AS PRT_Total_Mins

Microsoft AccessMicrosoft SQL ServerSQL
