Thanks,
What parts of the look and feel do you want? You may be able to make some tweaks to the interface, but otherwise you need to just upgrade.
can it be that classic shell is of any help : http://www.classicshell.net/
You can't.
Windows 8 was a bit of a silly mistake by Microsoft, they realised they screwed up, and with Windows 10, the interface went back to being more like Windows 7. Most users can switch between Window7 and 10 easily, but 8 is a different beast.
Either upgrade to Windows 10, or downgrade to Windows 7.

Classic Shell will let you configure W8.1 to look and feel like W7 (or W2K or XP), as I explain in this five-minute EE video Micro Tutorial:
Make Windows 8 Look Like Earlier Versions of Windows with Classic Shell
It will also let you configure W10 to look and feel like W7 (or W2K or XP), as I show in another five-minute EE video Micro Tutorial:
Make Windows 10 Look Like Earlier Versions of Windows with Classic Shell
But it can't make W8.1 (or any earlier version of Windows) look like W10. Regards, Joe

You do realize that upgrades to Windows 10 are still free if your current OS is legal?

Not sure if there is any other way.
Windows 10's redesign was due to the complaints over Win 8 and 8.1
