smb protocol
im trying to connect to a print server and i get the following message. how do i fix the issue? the link is not user friendly
You can't connect to the file share because it's not secure. This share requires the obsolete SMB1 protocol, which is unsafe and could expose your system to attack.
Your system requires SMB2 or higher. For more info on resolving this issue, see: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=852747

@ttrbrtsn - I understand Kimputer's post, but I would be inclined to upgrade the computers / printers.

What kind of print server is that?
Was that too much asked for? :-)
Maybe there is a better answer.
