Shared mailboxes are having synchronization issues while running outlook 2016. User has to click "Send/Receive All Folders"to update folder.We are having exchange 2016 On-Prem environment. Can anyone

Uncheck 'Download shared folders' will help with issue.

Yes we know this is the workaround to cater this but mailbox took too much time whenever it is loaded. Any other solution for this issue. Moreover we have experienced that it worked fine on Outlook 2013.
