Control F is the shortcut key for Fowarding an email.

just use 'F3' key to search.

Also, open Outlook and in recent versions the search bar is top right of the list of emails. Enter term and Search.

if it's a pst file you can run the included scanpst.exe to repair it.  Errors in the pst file can cause indexing issues.

looks like  it is searching on current folder including the email that i opened.

Is there short cut to search on current email i opened alone not all bunch of emails in folder

please advise
JohnBusiness Consultant (Owner)Commented:
Searching just a current email is not part of the Outlook Search Options, so there is not way to constrain search to a single email.

If you need to search a single email, open it and press F4.  That opens a Word-like search to search through the email. That works just fine here.
