How to present a query data in a datasheet form in ms access

I have a cash and bank query which I intend to use as a bank reconciliation, now I want to have the details showing on the picture on a form in ms access so that whenever I see the same transaction on the bank statement I tick the yes button and then post using update query . The idea here is to filter the final report so that on those not appearing on the statement can remain.

(1) How can I a form so that I'm able to see the transactions like a datasheet.

Regards

I'm not sure if I understand the question.  If you want to see a list similar to your picture, create a form in data sheet view and place it on another form.  Do NOT put reports on forms or forms on reports.  Forms and reports have different properties and when you mix metaphors, you end up confused.  If you want to see two lists side by side, use two subforms.  Use queries as the RecordSources for the subforms so you can select only unreconciled items.
