Adding a custom message to every email, below the signature
We have Office 365 for Exchange. Is it possible to add a message to every users email (new, reply, forward) under the signature?
I've tried adding a Disclaimer, Message Rule but this just adds a message to the bottom of the email and not below the signature.

Simply add it as part of the signature. There's no way for Exchange to "read" what part of your message is the signature and only insert it after it. Third-party tools might be able to do so, but they come at a price and require you to redirect the mail flow in order to process the messages.
Agree with Vasil - no way to really know where the signature ends plus if you replying to a thread and it contains elements that match the rule, you'll end up with a very messy email. can you not add your message to the signature? You can add it to all new email signatures and not include it on reply emails.
ASKER
IT wants to manage the message centrally as a marketing campaign (Once every 2 months) and telling everyone to change their signatures is a pain plus some might not change their signature at all.
