Is it possible to update windows 10 to a specific version?

In a small business location I have some machines that are still running Windows 10 Pro version 1709 and with all the problems with 1809 I would like to update them to 1803 (which seems fine on other machines at this location) until 1809 is stable.

So, is it possible to force updates to 1803 and not 1809?

I have the feature update settings on these machines set to postpone the feature updates as long as possible.

Ok, Thanks. I was told by a VMware tech that as of 1803 you could no longer update using the ISO. Maybe that only applies to VMware Fusion.

Thanks for the update
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
