It could mean a faulty driver or an actual hard drive error.

The network device should be part of the Hyper-V install.  Can you refresh or reinstall the Guest Network Driver?

Is there an update for the Host network driver. If there is, you would likely need to close down Guest machines, install the Host driver update and restart the Host. Then the Guest may get the new driver.

Without knowing what RAID controller you have and what driver you are using it's a bit like guesswork. Decent controllers have logs you can read through to see if they encountered problems.

You can use storcli to get the logfile, https://datacentersupport.lenovo.com/gb/en/downloads/ds504234

The command line is mentioned at https://depocomputers.zendesk.com/hc/ru/articles/115005048183-Collection-LSI-logs-using-StorCLI (but you should use the Lenovo version of storcli rather than the LSI version.
