Hello expert, 
 
Not sure if there is any Paint Shop Pro experts in Expert Exchange. 
 
Used PSP 5 and 7 for years. 
 
Had to upgrade to PSP x9 cause the compny went to Windows 10. 
 
Tutorial says one cannot &nbsp;format text on a rastor drawing but can 
format text on a vector drawing by 
1 On the Tools toolbar, choose the Text tool . 
2 Select the vector text characters you want to change by dragging over them. 
Note: You can also select the entire text by pressing Ctrl + A. 
3 On the Tool Options palette, perform a task from the following table... 
 
The text file is selected but cannot find the Tools Option Palette. 
 
Any idea where it can be found?
