Recover a file from  CSV  clustered shared volume

My customer formatted a CSV (Clustered shared Volume).
Now I need to recover a VHDx file from that .
is it possible to recover VHDx?

I would think it would be worth a try, with the various undelete tools which are available.

www.runtime.org GetDataBack for NTFS. So long as the LUN the CSV was residing on was dedicated and nothing has changed, attach it to a node and leave it as is. Use GDB to do a bit by bit scan to find it.

If it is dedicated and there's only one VHDX file on it then that file should be contiguous and easy to find. Hopefully.
