You can use the Sync functionality (if it's SharePoint online) it will synchronize with Onedrive for Busines (ofB).
with that, you can use any regular software like Cobian software

Thanks. Will Cobian allow you to copy from a mapped drive to SharePoint online?

It will allow you to copy from "filesystem" into another folder inside your filesystem.

the whole Idea is that you go to the site, (SPS site), then open the Documents folders on that site, and finally click on the "Sync" button this will make to sync the Sharepoint Mapped drive with a local folder at your computer, the point is that you configure your backup to be done and add the "local folder" that will be synchronized with Onedrive to SPO (SharePoint Online).
