Which login page?

You need to show us what you are referring to.
Hi,

I'm not sure what you need but let say button usually have class for CSS style so you can replace the class by the one you like
In this example this will change the color of the button
<button type="button" class="btn btn-red">Login</button>

to
<button type="button" class="btn btn-blue">Login</button>

or you can simply edit the style.css file directly find the class you want to modify and edit it.
(this can be under another name this is just an example)

You can find where the class is,  by using Chrome right click inspect on the button.
Check the Element tab and the style at the right will be displayed
