Nanoscroller.css can't scroll

so the problem it can be seen but when u click you cant scroll, but here the funny part, when you rezize the brower than you can click and scroll, frying my head.

Retrace your steps.

Did you modify nanoScroller.css in any way?
Did you link the js file?
Are there any other css or js files that could have overwritten any of the rules of nanoScroller using the same class or a global rule?

Is your website live where we can take a look at it? Might be hard to say without looking at the code and just see the standard nanoScroller plugin.
