Powershell Exchange 2010, Who has full access to mailboxes

I'm not a powershell guy...was wondering if someone knew how to do this...

Exchange 2010.  Multiple databases.  About 1000 mailboxes.  Single domain.

1. Need a script that would find who has Full Mailbox Permissions to other mailboxes
2. It needs to exclude system accounts like Admins, BES, etc..
