Pinnacle Studio 21 plus - how do I add the Addons for this Question?
my laptop is a dell e6500 and the OS is win 7 64 bit and I use Pinnacle Studio 21 plus. I am creating a small video and wish to add a counter. Please see following eg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIRxAcIvFSg&t=146s. In the video track when I right click on a graphics it does not list the "Open Effects Editor" and in the next screen has a "AddOns" on the top ribbon, and then a selection is made on the dropdown list; but my software does not show all this.

I was trying to download a trial version but the installer is broken and won’t install into my virtual machine to test.
I want to be sure I understand the problem: the option shown in the tutorial simply does not exist in your version? Is that right?
You might try a shoutout to Pinnacle and ask if you need the Pro version to add the time. I suspect that is the reason.

In response to Owen, thank u for responding; Yes the options do not show up even when AIA upgraded to 22. thanks.
Sadly, I am not sure how to do what you want without the Time Code display option. Maybe an expert in Pinnacle knows a way to have a TEXT string display time, but that is above my pay grade here. :-) Sorry.
