IIS server IIS Worker Processes Terminating CPU @ 100%
CPU is at 100%. If I stop the "World Wide Web Publishing Service", the CPU returns to normal. If I start the "World Wide Web Publishing Service", w3wp.exe "IIS Worker processes" all have a status of Terminated. In IIS manager there are no worker processes listed.

Did you check the windows updates? Did you recycle the application pool and see. recycle relevant application pool one by one and monitor CPU usage. then you can find them exact worker process that uses high CPU. and let me know the results
