I'm attaching a couple images that are related to TN as well as and may be of some value to you. From the TSCR website. Note the references to TN. Some basic reading on the subject. That is dated 2016 but it is very unlikely any of the steps or things to consider have changed. But you never know with President Trump (ha ha). <br />

Thank you for your feedback and resourceful links provided. &nbsp;After reviewing the information and links at hand, I believe my friend will need to register or sign up at the site of <a href="https://retirereadytn.empower-retirement.com/participant/#/login?accu=TennesseeWR" rel="ugc">https://retirereadytn.empower-retirement.com/participant/#/login?accu=TennesseeWR</a>. &nbsp;Once there, I believe we can figure out the navigation of the menus enough to obtain the values needed for completing the 1099-R Form. &nbsp;If not, we will contact the HR (Human Resources) benefits department for more detailed information. &nbsp;<br />
