Office 2016 - Horizontal axis is not displaying bars correctly with what my pivot table indicates

Hi, my horizontal axis in Excel 2016 is not displaying my bars correctly.  Any help in getting them to reflect what my pivot table shows, is appreciated.  Please see screen shot.

Can you upload the file rather than a screenshot?

Sorry, can't download a xlsm due to security firewall.

Can you upload a file without macros and saved as xlsx?

Your pivot table in columns Q:R is using itself as its data source.

Where should the data be coming from?

This macro basically tracks time worked on a particular task.  For this spreadsheet, the macro is invoked when you click Start and stop's when you click Stop.  This will then populate the time into the corresponding cell under the Time Worked column for that task.  The pivot table is then updated, and the chart is then updated to show that value. The data comes from the Time Worked column.
