Only one of my user has a strange issue that sometimes he is not able to login and the message he gets is “ Reference account is locked out and you may not be able to login”. The user leaves his pc for 15 minutes and it is automatically enabled. It so happens that sometimes the used is logged in and working and starts getting messages to logoff and log back in. when he does that he is not able to login.
