Setting up a printer to print Excel worksheets one sided rather than the default duplex.

I have a user who needs to print out the contents of 30 worksheets one sided. She is using an Olivetti d-Color MF222  which prints out duplex by default. Even though she changes the setting to one-sided it defaults back to duplex. Any idea on how she can set up  the printer to just print one sided?

I have a Workbook here where 2 sheets get printed double sided and 4 sheets get printed single sided. Excel saves the printing settings with the workbook and the HP Printer respects the settings.

Did you try saving the print settings?

Then some printers override this. I have this situation with a client workbook and a Xerox Printer.

You may just have to set each time.

Thank you both so much for this - sometimes people thinks this stuff is an Excel problem - when often it's a printer problem!
