This is not something I am familiar with myself, but it does sound like a permission issue and I found information from Microsoft <a href="https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/meamcs/2013/02/01/diagnostics-of-azure-web-sites-custom-logging/" rel="ugc">https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/meamcs/2013/02/01/diagnostics-of-azure-web-sites-custom-logging/</a><br />
