Count based on a date

Wanted to get a total count based on a date and criteria.

For example:  On the Count Tab.  I have the days listed  for the month of February and wanted to get a total count of what's on row 3.  The date is on the Open Tab

so 2/1/2019 there is only 8 SUBS and 10 SWG based on whats on column C on the Open Tab, I did the same thing for 2/4/19 as an example.  So wanted to do this for this month and months to come.  See attached file.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
