Hide a row based upon a cell value using VBA

Folks,
In my spreadsheet I have cells in a column where the data depends upon a list data validation. Let's say my cells are located in column E. If any cell in that column ="Completed" I would like a command button, that when clicked, will hide any rows not already hidden where the cell value = "Completed". I need VBA help here for my command button, please.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
