Only buy OEM battery if your Lenovo Thinkpad is out of warranty.

I will only buy genuine battery from the manufacturer.

>I suspect both are new so not sure which is meant to be the new battery,
the 4001-5000mAH is named as the "New battery": guess they haven't got a brand name.

I've used OEM batteries for Thinkpad & Dell for a long time: some are just as good as genuine
ones while others (esp in the days more than 9 years ago) will break down in less than 1 month.

Kingsener is a trustworthy brand as I've used a few for my x230 & widely publicised their
2 years warranty
Thanks for the update.
