Can a one touch button (macro like) be made for an Android phone which allows for a quick on off switch for WiFi Calling

Android Phone I need to be able to quickly turn on or turn off wifi calling.
When a call comes in and the phone is set to my home office to WiFi calling. The quality and sound of the call is better. However if you need to record the call for business purposes it is hard to switch the WiFi calling off for the recording app to work. Apparently the ones I have both require WiFi to be off in order to record both sides of the call.
Two way calling is not possible. All you hear is me saying um hum.

Is it possible or am I dreaming as I know nothing of apps but learning Python lately. Can a single button (like an app on my phone screen)  be made that performs like a macro.
Which will allow me to touch one button instead of trying to listen to the client and going in and selecting all those choices. I have hung up on people trying to turn off wifi.

Currently a phone is built to provide a Hardware button.....
 Purism is building the librem-5.

Is that a phone meaning Android Phone or iPhone.
Are you saying Android has a hardware button......A single one I can push or are you saying I have to go through the 3 steps to get back to settings. I am tying to avoid that.

Are you saying the Librem-5 is a solution I should buy?
Librem-5 is NOT Android and NOT iPhone.  It is a Linux Phone.
Librem-5 is built from a privacy P.o.V.
The modem is separate from the CPU, (no other phone has that)  So if the power to the modem is turned off, it is a pocket computer, not a phone anymore. (They promised a hardware switch for this).
The Wifi, Bluetooth should also have some, kind of hardware based Flight mode.

Regular Android, Regular iPhone don't have this.

I am not saying you should buy anything, you should orient yourself on what specification serves your goal.
then look what phones match your specification. There might be other platforms than just android or iphone... or librem.
BTW, the hardware for this phone is still being designed/built. (no exact data known). It will probably be delivered Q2 2019.
I guess my goal was to be able to create a button on my Samsung G7 that would be a one touch on and off button for my WiFi Calling. The reason it takes several steps to get back to the area to turn that on. It would be great if you could create a macro that turned it on at off without having to stop answer a call and open all the windows to do that. I really cannot think about getting another phone right now. Maybe someone can build some app that allows for simple programming for one touch features. Rather than Settings/Connections/Wifi/WiFi Calling/ON. Does that make sense. Maybe I worded it wrong in my question. Good Idea I just do not have the ability to switch camps right now. Thanks. Do you think this can be reposted or put in another area for evaluation. Is it even possible with S7 or is there an app that does that?
Maybe close/delete this Q, and restart a new one:

"Looking for an Android  shortcut / program / widget from mainscreen  to quickly change the setting of
Settings/Connections/Wifi/WiFi Calling:  ON - OFF".
I apologize for my writing. Sometimes I just do not ask the question right. Thanks for the help.
I do not know exactly how to close this question "noci".
Is there no way for me to reward your effort and close this question?
