asked on Word toolbar navigation display is corrupted. How do I fix this?
The toolbar / navigation on my Word program is messed up. See picture. I've restarted the program a couple times but the display is still bad. I can minimize and close the program where one would normally assume the buttons would be located, but I would like to have the display back to its normal self!

I tried to repair the program. It did not work.
I uninstalled Office. Restarted the machine.
Downloaded Office from M$.
Opened a Word doc and got this.

Excel is not exhibiting this behavior.
PowerPoint is not exhibiting this behavior.
What should I try next?

If you still have issues, make a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account and test Word.
