I have 3 solutions for you to try in the following order:

1 - Delete or rename this folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome

Test Chrome

2 - Follow these instructions: https://crunchify.com/how-to-purge-all-your-google-chrome-user-data-on-mac-os-x/ (go straight to step 1)

Test Chrome

3 - Well, let's leave 3 off for now because it involves disabling pepper flash which I prefer not to do.

Please report back and let me know if those work for you.

Hi Sir,

Thank you for reverting back.

Strange on local account it's working fine, but not on user account(domain) yet to try the above method will revert back upon trying.

Thanks!

That tells you there is something wrong with the user's profile or extensions that have been added.  I would follow #1 above in Spidey23's suggestions to reset Google for the user. (Note that deleting or moving that folder, Google Chrome will create a new one, and the some preferences and such will be "reset". The user's data will remain as that is n a different folder.

As another thing to try, you could have the user turn off all extensions  to see iif one of them is causing a problem.  Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the Chrome windows, go to More Tools, and then select Extensions.

There you can make sure they are all up to date, and if you wish, turn them all off and see if the problem goes away. If yes, you will need to turn them back on one at a time to see which one is causing the problem.  I have had bad extensions the become unstable with Chrome updates, so this is not so uncommon.

Can you post the rest of the crash details?  Maybe that will give a clue to the exact cause of the crash.  Right now, all I see is that com.google.Chrome.framework is where it might have crashed in the com.apple.main-thread.
