Nat Exemption being denied?

I have a VPN tunnel that I'm trying to connect to.  For reasons unknown my ASA 5505 is not allowing my exemption.  Its dropping the packet due to the default rule of any any ip deny  I'm not understanding why since I have over 20 connections with the exact same exemption rules and they are fine.  I'm using my ADSM so I've enclosed a picture.

Can you share the rule configuration?

the problem was that 10.0.0 was being routed to a gateway.  I had to take that address 10.1.10.x and put it out directly to the ASA gateway
