Sonicwall Analyzer no menu

I have installed SOnicwall Analyzer 7.2 appliance and set up the network settings.  Once logged in, under the "Firewall" section where i should be able to add a unit, there are no menus to do so.  Has anyone seen this?

Most likely Java - most browsers nowadays are not java-friendly.  Give Maxthon browser a try.
Another thing to try is to clear java caches on your computer and on the appliance via techsupport page.  Instructions in the link below

Turns out Java was in fact the Issue. The newer chrome would not allow java to load everything
