Outlook 2016 meeting add co-host

Hi there, there is not a "Co-host" feature in Outlook meetings. Tell me a bit more about what you would like to accomplish and perhaps we can suggest a workaround

It's when after we created the meeting, we need another person as the host as well.

Perhaps if you designate the second person as a delegate for the host. That way they can receive the responses as well as send updates on behalf of the host.
Let me know if you think that will solve your dilemma
