Did you checked the Event Log for specific error(s)? There must be some permissions/access issue in my oipn thinkign what you want to achive so please check under Event Viewer/Windows Logs/Application and look for Warning/Error messages associated with any of the following: SQLAgent, SQLISPackage.<br />
Could be something as simple as &quot;Access is denied&quot; or &quot;Could not read metadata, possibly due to insufficient access rights.&quot; but will definitely be there and tell more than just &quot;Event ID: 12291&quot;
