VMware vRealize Suite License question ?

Maybe we can start with what licenses do you already have for VMware vSphere ?

vC Ops became v Rops, e.g. Operations Manager change of name.( vRealize Operations Manager (vROps))

and you would need the Advanced & Enterprise License to get Custom Dashboards, (e.g. not supported in Standard) but things are always changing at VMware with this product line.

We have vsphere enterprise plus with operations manager and still not possible to create custom dashboard

It used to work with version 6.0 and now with version 7.0 not possible

7.0 has new interface compared to 6.0 and 6.5

I think they changed from 6.7

and that's the issue... because Enterprise Plus with Operations Manager, is "Enterprise Plus (vSphere)" but not Enterprise in Operations Manager.

e.g.

vsphere enterprise plus with operations manager DOES NOT equal vRealize Operations Management Suite 7 Enterprise Edition for vRealize Operations

You've got the Standard Edition of Operations Manager.

If you do not have "Manage Dashboards" button - then you have Standard edition.

If you want to create Custom Dashboards, you will need to purchase additional licenses.

So what licenses i have to purchase?
