Generally speaking, ATP is a good feature to have, but the cost can be prohibitive. Both Safe links and Safe attachments are valuable, and so are the anti-phish features, but like any other product on the market, ATP is not a magic bullet that will get you rid of all the spam/phish messages. So I guess the question here is how much spam/phish do you get now and can you justify the cost of higher SKU?<br />

That's assuming you're not after any of the other features that come with A5 of course, but given the price you get those you might as well just purchase it :)

Besides the email filtering and anti-phish features, is Endpoint protection (windows defender) mature enough to protect against Cryptoware and advanced threats? &nbsp;I Recommend defender for home use but tracking corporate is a bit more involved.

to Microsoft ATP or not?

Office 365 is a group of software plus services subscriptions that provides productivity software and related services to its subscribers. Office 365 allows the use of Microsoft Office apps on Windows and OS X, provides storage space on Microsoft's cloud storage service OneDrive, and grants 60 Skype minutes per month. Office 365 includes e-mail and social networking services through hosted versions of Exchange Server, Skype for Business Server, SharePoint and Office Online, integration with Yammer, as well as access to the Office software. All of Office 365's components can be managed and configured through an online portal; users can be added manually, imported from a CSV file, or Office 365 can be set up for single sign-on with a local Active Directory using Active Directory Federation Services.
