Both solutions I have mentioned require an admin access. Administrator could deploy either one. Unfortunately, I haven't used any export tools for users (apart from the Outlook export tool you have mentioned), so I will not be able to recommend any good app.

Hello Friends, &nbsp;Can anyone suggest me best third party tool that can export all the email from exchange serve. I am using standard procedure of backup via outlook export method and save as .pst file on local computer. But this method is unable to export all the email. sometimes just got empty folders.
