I was finding solution for ms-setting:display error and solution was to run wsreset.exe which clears windows store cache , could not find on what is it

Start, Settings, Apps.   Scroll down to Microsoft Store, click on Advanced Options and then Reset the Store.  Restart and test.

If that does not work, open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator and run:

SFC /SCANNOW   Allow to complete, run a second time if there are errors remaining from the first run.
Then dism.exe  /online  /cleanup-image  /restorehealth

Restart after the above and test.

If you still have errors after this, run a Windows 10 Repair Install and Keep Everything.

Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button, select Save.
Create a USB Windows Installation key and then run Setup on the USB Key.
This will launch the Repair and proceed normally.
