User was getting following error , I restarted the machine, message has disappeared and even though I can get display on two external monitors , intel graphic settings is not picking up external monitors , just the build-in display

Does the laptop have two graphics options?  The integrated Intel graphics processor and an AMD/nVidia option too?  If so the external is probably being managed by this.  If you've just got the one chipset driving the displays try Win+R then run  WSReset.exe to repair your Windows Store settings and hence personalisation.  If you've the two chipsets this is pretty much normal behaviour.

I am using docking system to connect everything, I have run the ws reset.exe and monitors are back to normal but  intel graphic setting is not available when external monitors are attached so I have to configure everything through display settings.
