WEBEX is a cloud solution and from what I know it always was well before the CLOUD was even a buzz word.  Sykpe for Business formally Lync was an on-prem solution, but has moved to the SaaS or Cloud.

Licensing works in a few ways.

I know that Cisco maybe in the process of rebranding this.  They have Spark which they acquired and I think they are looking to integrate both on a single platform.

If your customer only subscrib Cisco Webex, the server running webex will be @ Cisco.

Unless your customer have subscribe for "Cisco WebEx Meetings Server", you can have the server  running at customer premise.

Thanks Yo_Bee and Jackie Man;
There is a new thing called "CCA" -- Cisco Cloud connected Audio coming up and supposed to replace Webex next
year, so how is that different from usual Webex if it was already a cloud play ?

CCA is a global solution, with PSTN connectivity in regions where Cisco Webex does not provide it.

Thanks Omar;
The customer currently has MPLS connectivity (No voip), do we additional PSTN service or just MPLS service would do to provide CCA.
