How to deploy win 10 1809 local experience pack using MDT?

The Local Experience Packs are AppX bundles so you first need to get the one for the language desired. Then you need to Create the Application and make sure you know the dependencies. Probably will take a little experimentation. The link below talks about adding the Surface App and not the Experience Pack but the steps should be the same. Instructions for MDT are about 2/3 the way down the page.

Hi,

It seems very dificult for MDT.

Any other option?

Regards
With MDT. No. You can use DISM.exe to pre-load or side load an appx package into an image before you use it in MDT. (We do this to remove appx packages). Look here
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/preinstall-apps-using-dism

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/sideload-apps-with-dism-s14

Easier... Sort of. Depends on your point of view
Probably the best way is to configure a vm with the apppx package you want then capture the .wim file and use that customized wim file for installation

Hi,

I´m using this website https://kamhussain.com/how-to-dism-language-packs-into-windows-10-2/ but I dont have cab files to run dism /image:C:\Mount /add-package /packagepath:"C:\languages\YOUR LANGUAGE FILE.cab"
What language are you looking for?

Hi,

OS installed in ES-ES, and needed en-gb and de-de

Regards
In 1809 you normally add the language with an Experience Pack from the Microsoft Store. No idea If it downloads the cab file or just installs the language. I found links. supposedly, to language packs for 1803 but none for 1809. I have no idea if these packs work. you will need to test things out yourself
